Commercial cleaning

Regular contract cleaning for businesses and property owners across Anglesey.

Cleans are scheduled to suit the premises — early mornings, evenings or weekends where you'd rather we weren't working around your staff or customers. Frequency is up to you: daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Consumables like hand towels, toilet roll and soap can be included in the contract if that's easier than managing it yourself.

Move in & move out cleans

A full end-of-tenancy clean, taking the property back to the standard set out in the inventory.

Useful if you're a landlord turning a property around between tenants, a letting agent working to a deadline, or a tenant who wants the deposit back without an argument. Carpet cleaning and exterior windows can be added on request.

Building site cleans

Post-construction and sparkle cleans, ready for handover.

We work to your programme rather than ours, including out of hours and weekends where the build schedule demands it. Two-stage cleans are available where a builders clean is needed before final fix and a sparkle clean afterwards.

Larger contracts

Big jobs considered

All three services scale beyond a single property. Multi-plot handovers, blocks of flats, portfolios of rentals turning over in the same window, and ongoing contracts across more than one site are all work we want — capacity is brought in to match the contract rather than the schedule being stretched to fit.
